To enter, complete a contest entry form accompanying the Xerox direct mail piece, call 1-800-836-6986 or fill out the form on the previous page. Entries must be received on or before May 31, 2001. Random drawing held on or before June 30, 2001. Decisions of contest judges are final and binding on all entrants. Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded but Xerox has the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Limit of one prize per person. Contest is subject to all applicable laws.

There are a total of 10 Handspring Visor handheld computers with an approximate value of US$450 each available to be won. 1 of the 10 prizes will be awarded to residents of Canada. Limit one entry per person.

No responsibility will be taken for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entry forms. All entry forms become the property of Xerox and will not be returned. Chances of winning will depend on the number of entries received.

For residents of Canada only: Selected entrants must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be awarded a prize. Selected entrant must sign a declaration of compliance with the contest rules and a release (including publicity release) to obtain the prize.
