Xerox Office Printing Business Just a note to applaud the support that your Product Support Specialist gave me today. I'm not a super-tech, so I appreciated his patience and good humor as I followed, ever so slowly, his instructions. The problem was not corrected - had to go to the next level- but it was a pleasure to work with your Product Support Specialist. I worked in the software industry for 16 years so I tend to recognize expertise when I encounter it. I did today when I spoke with your Product Support Specialist. He was able to isolate my problem rather quickly, helped me download and install a fix (actually a new driver) and saved my marriage. You see I've had trouble justifying to my wife the relatively large expenditure for my new Phaser 1235; and, when it didn't work right away, I was in the dog house. But your Product Support Specialist solved all that. In fact, while we talked he pointed me to a Web site that offered a free download for compressing files of photographs and suggested a couple of books to assist me in a new hobby. A technical guru, for sure, but your Product Support Specialist used words I could understand! And he was patient, and interesting, and very knowledgeable. I hope you'll let your Product Support Specialist know how much I appreciated his help with my terrific printer and for his other tips, as well.
