Xerox Customer Advocate for the North American Survey Program

The other day, after getting help from tech support, I decided to write to express my appreciation and pleasure with Xerox. We had just received our Phaser 860 DP color printer through the Xerox free-printer program. We are a small church where I wind up being the IT professional. It is always dangerous to have clergy like me in that position! I had trouble putting the printer onto our network and called Xerox Help.

Within minutes I spoke to two help-desk people. Each was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and what's more had the right answers. Your Product Support Specialist so quickly understood what I needed and what I needed to do.

Even in the church business, we learn that good help is hard to find and that customer satisfaction is primary. I am in awe of what we have received from Xerox, not just in an exciting program but also in top notch support. I've been around the block for many years and know that most often only the bad stuff is reported. So, I just wanted to say thanks and express my hope that you all have as good a week as you made possible for me.
