I would like to inform you about how pleased we were with the repairs that were made to our Tektronix Phaser 850 DX printer. Your Technical Support Specialist, came to our site and performed the repairs. He is a very capable and knowledgeable repairman. He worked right through making these repairs. He also gave me some hints on how to better use our printer. He called several times before coming to the school to make sure all was working and also to schedule his visit here. He made a very long drive to do these repairs and performed them very well. We are indeed very happy with the service received by him. And I know that I can now count on him and Xerox to do all that they can to keep our printer working in proper order. Thanks again for a job well done. We are also very pleased with the maintenance agreement we have on this machine. We have definitely received our money's worth out of it. Thank you, |
