Using printing extensions Use the Extension Setup command in the Printing menu to specify which third-party printing extensions you want enabled for the currently selected desktop printer. By default, all printing extensions are enabled. Select (highlight) a desktop printer icon. Select Extension Setup from the Printing menu. Make selections as desired. Click Save.
