Alerts cause the printer to notify specific
users via email when certain printer conditions
occur.
These conditions cause the printer
to issue a warning:
- Input Tray OK
- Output Tray OK
- Laser Supplies OK
- Door Closed
- No Jam
- Input Tray is Low
- Input Tray is Empty
- Input Tray is Missing
- Toner Cartridge Needs Replacement
- Fuser Needs Replacement Soon
- Transfer Unit Needs Replacement
- Imaging Unit Needs Replacement
- Job Accounting File Almost Full
- Paper Size Unknown
Check the boxes to set conditions individually
for each user, then click Save Changes
to make your selections the default settings
for MaiLinX Alert messages.
