The Update Firmware page allows you to compare the version of firmware installed on your printer with the version of firmware located on the Xerox website. If the version on the website is more recent than the one installed, you can download and install the later version by clicking Update Firmware.

The first time that you access the page, only the version installed on your printer displays. When you click Check Version, the printer downloads the firmware version and file size information from the website and displays it next to the version information installed on your printer.

Note: Once you click Update Firmware, you can not abort the function. The process can take a few minutes.
