Sending usage profile reports via email: PhaserLink software

To send usage profile reports via email, Email Notification must be properly set up for your printer. For more information, see Email notification.

1. From the printer's home page, click Configuration; this displays the View and Configure Settings page.
2. On the View and Configure Settings page, select Usage Profile Full Report or Usage Profile Job Report from the Email pull-down list. Click Email.

The recipients of this report are specified in the PhaserLink email notification pages.

• A job report is sent to the users specified in the Each Job field of the View and Configure Custom Email Settings page.
• A full report is sent to the users specified in the Regular Intervals field of the View and Configure Custom Email Settings page. A full report is also sent to Tektronix if the Email to Tektronix field in the View and Configure Email Notification Settings page is set to On.
