The Print button

The View and Configure Settings page contains a Print button. You can use the print button to print the following help pages:

• Configuration Page
• Startup Page(s)
• CMYK Color Sampler
• RGB Color Sampler
• Demo Pages
• Menu Map
• Usage Profile (Phaser 840, 740 and 780 printers only)

These are the same help pages printable from the front panel.

The Email button

The View and Configure Settings page contains an Email button. You can use this button to send usage profile reports via email. You can select Usage Profile Full Report or Usage Profile Job Report.

The recipients of this report are specified in the Status Notification pages for Phaser 840 and 780 printers ( Email Notification pages for Phaser 740 and 360 printers).

• A job report is sent to the users specified in the Each Job field of the View and Configure Status Notification Custom Settings page for Phaser 840 and 780 printers ( View and Configure Email Custom Settings page for Phaser 740 and 360 printers ).
• A full report is sent to the users specified in the Regular Intervals field of the View and Configure Status Notification Custom Settings page for Phaser 840 and 780 printers ( View and Configure Email Custom Settings page for Phaser 740 and 360 printers ). A full report is also sent to Xerox if the Email to Xerox field in the View and Configure Status Notification Settings page for (Phaser 840 and 780 printers) is set to On ( View and Configure Email Notification Settings page for Phaser 740 and 360 printers).
