If the printer has jams with the Duplex Unit, cleaning should help.

- Remove the Duplex Unit from the Lower Tray Assembly.

- Pinch the two blue tabs to open the top cover.

- Remove any jammed media inside the Duplex Unit. Never load media in the Duplex Unit.

- Using a lint free cloth moistened with 90% pure isopropyl alcohol, thoroughly scrub the two feed rollers. Be sure to rotate the rollers to clean their entire surface.

- Close the top cover by pressing down firmly, making sure that both sides lock.

- Replace the Duplex Unit in the Lower Tray Assembly.

- If the printer still reports an error, open, then close the front door to reset the printer.
