When the front panel displays
Ready,
press the
Menu
button.

Press the right-arrow (

Configuration
is displayed. Press the
Menu
button.

Press the right-arrow (

) button until
Network Settings
is displayed. Press the
Menu
button.

Press the right-arrow (

) button until
TCP/IP
is displayed. Press the
Menu
button.

Set the IP address:
-
Press the right-arrow (

) button until
TCP/IP Address
is displayed. Press the
Select
button.

Press the right-arrow (

) button to highlight the part of the address that you want to set. Press the
+
button to change the numbers.

When the address is correct, press the
Set
button.

Press the
Confirm
button.

Set the network mask:

Press the right-arrow (

) button until
Network Mask
is displayed. Press the
Select
button.

Press the right-arrow (

) button to highlight the part of the address that you want to set. Press
+
button to change the numbers.

When the network mask is correct, press the
Set
button.

Press the
Confirm
button.

Set the gateway address:

Press the right-arrow (

) button until
Gateway Address
is displayed. Press the
Select
button.

Press the right-arrow (

) button to highlight the part of the address that you want to set. Press

button to change the numbers.

When the network mask is correct, press the
Set
button.

Press the
Confirm
button.

To return the printer to normal operation, press the
Exit
button (the left-most button) until the front panel displays
Ready.
