The About Printer page shows information about your Xerox printer:

Version Information

Printer Model - The model designation for your printer (i.e, Phaser™ 4400).

Printer Serial Number - Unique number that can be found on the Configuration Page. The Configuration Page can be printed from the Print Config Page link.

Machine Address - The printer's factory-assigned hardware Ethernet (MAC) address.

Operating System - Version information for the software installed on your printer.

PDL - Version information for the Page Description Language (PDL) software installed on your printer.

Networking - Version information for the software installed on your printer.

Engine - Version information for the software installed on your printer.

Memory

RAM - The base configuration of the controller contains SDRAM memory. The maximum SDRAM memory is 256 Mbytes. SDRAM memory added beyond this limit will be ignored.

Slot 1, Slot 2 - There are 2 option slots each supporting 32, 64, or 128 Mbytes of SDRAM DIMMs. Any slot may be used for SDRAM. These DIMMs must comply with the 64-bit unbuffered PC-100 standard. The maximum SDRAM memory is 256 Mbytes. SDRAM memory added beyond this limit will be ignored.

Page Description Languages

Status and version of the installed Page Description Language (PDL) software.

Options Installed

Hard Drive Installed/Size - If a hard drive is installed, this field defaults to YES and the Hard Drive Size displays the size of the hard drive in Megabytes (Mbytes).

Fonts Installed - Shows the total number of PostScript fonts installed in the printer.
