The conditions listed below cause
the printer not to print jobs. MaiLinX
Alerts can automatically notify specific
users via email when these conditions occur.
These conditions cause the
printer not to print:
- Engine Failure
- Input Tray is Empty
- Load Paper in Selected Tray
- Waiting for Paper
- Output Tray is Full
- Replace Fuser
- Print Cartridge Needs Replacement
- Print Cartridge is Missing
- Door Open
- Jam
Check the boxes to set conditions individually
for each user, then click Save Changes
to make these the default settings for
MaiLinX Alert messages.
