Alerts cause the printer to notify specific
users via email when certain printer conditions
occur.
These conditions cause the printer
to issue a warning:
- Input Tray OK
- Output Tray OK
- Door Closed
- No Jam
- Print Cartridge Needs Replacement
Soon
- Fuser is Near End of Life
- Job Accountint File Almost Full
Check the boxes to set conditions individually
for each user, then click Save Changes
to make your selections the default settings
for MaiLinX Alert messages.
