will cause the printer to be unable to print jobs. MaiLinX
Alerts can automatically notify specific users via
email when these conditions occur.
These conditions
will cause the printer to be unable
to print:
- Engine Failure
- Media Empty
- Tray Missing
- Waiting for Paper
- Waiting for Transparency
- Waiting for Manual Feed
- Output Full
- Out of Ink
- Ink Sticks Jammed
- Waste Tray Full
- Maintenance Drawer A Missing
- Maintenance Kit is Empty
- Maintenance Kit is Out
- Door Open
- Jam
- Cleaning Sheet Needed
Check
the boxes to set conditions individually
for each user, then click on Save
Changes to make these the default
settings for MaiLinX Alert messages.
