The Asset Report displays asset information, such as Model, DNS Name, System Name, Location, MAC Address, Serial Number, Asset Number, and Manufacturer, for each printer in the printer list. Click Print Report to print your report to any location you select from your printer driver, or click Export Data to export the data to a text file and import it into another application.

If you want to run a different report, click the Change Report Type button from any generated report page to return to the Reports page.

Note: Specific printer status and asset information can be displayed for Xerox Phaser printers only .
