The Status Report displays all of the fields regarding printer and consumables status for each of the printers in the printer list. The fields included are Model, Status Details, Pages Printed, and Contact. Click Print Report to print your report to any location you select from your printer driver, or click Export Data to export the data to a comma separated file ( .csv) on the local machine. This text file could then be imported into another application for manipulation.

If you want to run a different report, click the Change Report Type button from any generated report page to return to the Reports page.

Note: Specific printer status and asset information can be displayed for Xerox Phaser printers only.
