Reports Help
The Reports page displays various reports that you can generate containing specific printer information. These reports can either be printed or downloaded. To get to this page, click the
Generate Reports button from the
Identity tab. Click the radio button next to the report you wish to create and click
Generate Report. The selected report displays on the screen. If you want to run a different report, click the
Change Report Type button from any generated report page to return to the
Reports page.
Report Types
You can select and generate any of the following reports from this page:

Status Report
- This report contains fields that contains status information for the printers contained in the printer list.

Asset Report
- This report contains fields that contain asset information for the printers contained in the printer list.

All Printer Information Report
- This report contains all of the fields of data stored for each printer in the printer list.
Notes: Access to the
Generate Reports function is controlled by the Administrator. Refer to the
Administrator Security Settings
page in
CentreWare IS.
