Copy/Move Jobs Help
To copy or move jobs between groups, click the
Copy/Move Jobs button from any group page under
Manage Saved Jobs to open the
Copy/Move Jobs page. Select a
source group from the drop-down menu on the left of this page. Select a
target group from the drop-down menu on the right.
Note: The
Manage Saved Jobs functions are not available in printer configurations without hard drives. Access to the
Manage Saved Jobs functions is controlled by the Administrator. You may require a user name and password to access this page. Refer to the
Administrator Security Settings
page in
CentreWare IS.
Use the
Copy/Move Jobs page to
Protect Public Jobs
by moving them into Protected folders. See
Manage Public Jobs Help
for more information.
Select the jobs that you want in the source group by clicking the checkbox next to the Job Name. You can also click
Select All if want all files on the page. If the source group is a custom group, you can copy or move jobs from it. If the source group is
not a custom group, you can only copy jobs from it.
Jobs display ten per page. You can navigate through the pages to locate any job by clicking the left or right arrows, or you can click the drop-down menu to select a particular page to display.
Note: Copying or Moving a
Public Job to a custom
Job Group automatically protects the job and adds it to the
Protected > All folder while placing a reference to the job in the target custom group.
Deleting Jobs from Groups
If at any point, you wish to delete files from either group, select the files by clicking the checkbox next to the Job Name and then click the
Delete Job(s) button associated with that group.
Note: Deleting a job from a custom
Job Group only deletes the
reference to that job from the group. If you want to delete all references to the job, you must delete the job from the
Protected > All group.
