The Support tab contains special links to the Xerox web site so you can easily access printer software (such as drivers), documentation (including manuals and videos), and supplies.

Set up Software and Support Links

The Web Links page allows you to setup and customize the Support links to access network files or Internet sites for desired content. In each link category, you can select either Xerox® link to use the default or select Custom link and enter a custom URL, up to 128 characters. If you select and enter a Custom link, this link displays on the Xerox and Custom Links page under the Support tab.

Home Server

You can set up a custom button that displays in the heading of your CentreWare IS pages next to the Printer Neighborhood button, to link you to a Home Server of your choosing. This button can be used as a convenient way to link back to a web-based management tool, such as CentreWare Web, or any other page containing a list of printers and links. To create a Home Server button, enter the name of your server in the text box for Home Server Name. The name you enter will display with the button. If you do not enter a name, the Home Button will not display in the header. Enter a URL to associate with the button in the Home Server URL text box. If this field is left blank, the default URL is the printer's Home Page.
