MaiLinX Trigger Settings Help
MaiLinX Triggers are settings that, when selected for specific user classes, cause email to be sent to those user classes regarding the specific conditions. To notify user groups when errors or warnings occurs, select the conditions for each user class. Click
Save Changes to keep the settings or
Discard Changes to retain the previous settings.
The conditions listed below cause the printer to stop printing jobs.
MaiLinX Alerts
can automatically notify specific users via email when these conditions occur.
Printer Unable to Print
These conditions cause the printer to stop:
- Engine Failure
- Paper Tray Empty or Missing
- Output Tray Full or Missing
- Door or Cover Open
- Paper Jam
- Toner Empty or Missing
- Other Replacement Part Empty or Missing
- All Errors Cleared
Check the boxes to set conditions individually for each user class, then click
Save Changes to make these the default settings for
MaiLinX Alert messages.
Printer Warnings
These conditions cause the printer to issue a warning:
- Paper Tray Low, Empty, or Missing
- Output Tray Almost Full
- Toner Almost Empty
- Other Replacement Part Near End of Life
- Job Accounting File Almost full
- All Warnings Cleared
Check the boxes to set conditions individually for each user, then click
Save Changes to make your selections the default settings for
MaiLinX Alert messages.
