This page gives a summary snapshot of Printer Usage information for a particular printer. You can easily view the Usage Profile Summary by clicking the View Usage Profile Summary link from the Usage Profile Reports page. This page is organized under the Jobs tab.

Printer Information

The Printer Information section details the printer Name, Model, Serial Number, Ethernet Address, IP Address, and Activation Date. The Activation Date is the date that the printer was first activated or installed.

Printer Usage

Printer Usage information displays details regarding how your printer has been used. You can view statistics such as, how many pages the printer has printed in duplex mode or in single sheet, how many pages printed in black and white vs. color, and even types of media used in the printer.
